Betty is a proven Real Estate leader demonstrating experience, capability, dependability and expertise in Waynesboro, Fishersville, Stuarts Draft, Staunton, Augusta and Nelson Counties. She has had extensive training in relocation, marketing and selling high-end luxury homes, estates, farms along with 1031 tax exchanges and the many different types of financing available to buyers. 

What a joy it is for me to assist homebuyers and sellers in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley area. Sharing with my clients the training, knowledge, experience and all of the benefits of over 25 years as a Realtor is most rewarding. Upon returning to Virginia, following a very successful Real Estate career in Chattanooga, Tennessee and North Georgia, I looked for a Real Estate Company with the same philosophy as mine. Also, one that demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the cutting edge of technology. Only with the proper balance of these along with continuing education, information, and training could I provide the quality of service that my clients deserve.
