Augusta County is home to Mill Place Commerce Park, which is located on a 425-acre tract of land near the County Government Center, just off I-81; Ivy Ridge Park, which is situated a mile from Augusta Medical Center, just off I-64; National Avenue Business Park, located adjacent to I-81 and I-64, offers 164 acres, and Green Hills Industrial Park, situated near U.S. 11, has over 100 acres available of its 284-acre site. 

The Waynesboro Commercial and Industrial Park, located at the southeastern end of Waynesboro, has about 60 remaining acres of its 90 available for development. The remaining land is owned by the City of Waynesboro, and site development costs are negotiable.
